Created by US-based Techstyle Fashion Group, Fabletics operates a subscription model for a personalized sportswear shopping experience. Based on lifestyle, fashion and fitness preferences, Fabletics primarily operates through e-commerce though they are supported by a limited number of brick & mortar locations.

To put a face to the brand that is capable of broadening its appeal and expand it both domestically and internationally.

Kate Hudson signed on board to participate as an equity partner and become the face of the brand. Thirty-one stores, with an expected 100+ stores by 2020. Operates in 10 international markets and expected to go public in the near future.
