Perry Wolfman
Perry founded CAA Brand Management in 2012. Previously, he was Founding Partner and President of Authentic Brands Group and CEO of Consolidated Apparel Group, bringing decades of leadership in brand development, licensing, and global sales strategy.

Noah Gelbart
Noah is a seasoned brand builder with a proven track record of growing and managing large-scale brands in fashion, sports, home, celebrity, character & entertainment, health and wellness in global markets including North America, Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America.

Sonita Thompson
Sonita is the Vice President of Operations at CAA Brand Management, where she leads strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, optimize performance, and scale operations for sustainable growth.

Elaine Chiu
Elaine is EVP of CAA Brand Management, leading Asia Pacific. With over 20 years in licensing, she has driven regional strategy for top IPs and previously held leadership roles at IMG and Promotion Partners across entertainment, sports, and lifestyle brands.

Gary Chan
Gary joined CAA in 2019 with over 13 years of retail and e-commerce experience. He brings strategic insight and market expertise to help brands adapt and thrive in the evolving consumer landscape.

Geoff Jaspan
Geoff leads global finance for CAA Brand Management, bringing 20 years of experience across advertising, entertainment, and brand management. He drives financial performance and change programs while enjoying wine, running, and golf in his spare time.

Federico Garcia
Federico is VP of LATAM with 20 years of experience in sales, licensing, and retail. He is a trusted leader known for building strong partnerships and delivering consistent commercial growth across the region.

Kaori Kurobe
Kaori has led licensing in Japan for over 25 years, bringing experience from both licensee and brand owner sides. She played a pivotal role in building the foundation of CAA Brand Management in the region.

Romel Maranon
Romel leads brand management in Asia, leveraging over 13 years of experience in licensing and brand strategy. He works closely with global and local teams to deliver impactful, market-aligned programs for licensors and partners.

Sandra Lee
Sandra leads the Korea office with 25 years of licensing experience and strong expertise in brand strategy, business development, and market insight across the region’s licensing and retail sectors.

Sasha Lerner
Sasha is VP, Head of EMEA, with over 16 years of experience across fashion, retail, and media. Her collaborative leadership blends creative vision with commercial impact, championing women and social causes.

Patrick McGuire
Patrick is SVP, Head of North America. Based in Atlanta, he has led CAA’s U.S. and Canada operations for a decade, following previous roles at Focus Brands and Octagon.

Jon Morgan
With 20 years’ experience spanning leading fashion and design publications to luxury brands, Jon is Creative Director at CAA Brand Management. He leads the development of style guides, assets, trend reports, and retail concepts, partnering with global clients including Ford, Coca-Cola, Bugatti, Porsche, and Playboy. He creates trend-driven assets and brand extensions that blend cultural insight with design expertise to drive impact.

Erica Weiner
Erica is VP, Head of Legal and Business Affairs. With extensive IP and retail experience at Capri Holdings, Ashley Furniture, and Revlon, she advises global licensing matters. Outside work, she’s a fitness enthusiast and family-focused.

Wee Lee Sim
Wee Lee has over 12 years at CAA Brand Management. He oversees budgeting, forecasting, and compliance systems, drawing on his finance and investment banking background. He holds an MBA from Cambridge and leads the BrandComply program.
